About the site: Boingboing.net was a print magazine that hit the web in 1995 and took on a blog format in 2001. Mark Frauenfelder was the site's original editor, but he was eventually joined by co-editors Cory Doctorow, David Pescovitz and Xeni Jardin. All four Boing Boing contributors are or have been contributing writers to Wired magazine. The site won the Bloggies for "Weblog of the Year" in 2004 and 2005. [Update this description]
